Our recipes evoke past times, a time when, in this small fishing village, the housewives were waiting for the boats to return to buy the catch of the day to then cook in a thousand different ways.
And so all our most famous dishes were created, some are: paccheri with seafood and potatoes,seafood scialatielli, not forgetting the typical local dish...

Our story starts in the 80s, form Chef Giorgio Fontana and his wife Olimpia.
The sons Massimo Fontana and Fausto Fontana have inherited from their parents the passion for cooking and the values that characterize it: Simplicity, Freshness and Quality, offering our own flavors, simple recipes, prepared exclusively with fresh ingredients and organic products searched for daily from the best local offers.
